Notice of AGM
12 May 2021
Kooth (AIM:KOO), a leading provider of digital mental health services, announces that, further to the release of its Final Results announced on 14 April 2021, the Company will post its annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to its shareholders today and that copies are available on the Company's website, https://investors.kooth.com .
The Company's AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 16 June 2021 at Panmure Gordon, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF.
Although it is anticipated that indoor meetings will be permitted on the date of the AGM (subject to applicable government guidance), given the uncertainty surrounding public gatherings and broader public health considerations, the Company recommends that shareholders do not attend the meeting in person.
However, shareholders who wish to attend the AGM in person, should this be possible, are asked to register their intention as soon as practicable by email using the details set out in the Notice to enable the Company to ensure the venue remains COVID-19 secure and the relevant risk assessments can be performed.
