Notice of Half Year Results

Kooth Plc (AIM: KOO), a global leader in youth digital mental well-being, will announce its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 on 17 September 2024.
Tim Barker, Chief Executive Officer, and Sanjay Jawa, Chief Financial Officer, will host a virtual briefing via Zoom for analysts at 9:30am BST on the morning of the results.

The Company will also provide a live presentation relating to the Half Year Results via Investor Meet Company on 17 September 2024 at 12:45pm BST.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00am BST on 16 September 2024, or at any time during the live presentation.
