2021 Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Kooth, the UK's leading digital mental health platform, announces that its 2021 Annual Report has been published and can be found on the Group's website ( www.investors.kooth.com ). The Annual Report will be sent to those shareholders who have requested physical copies in due course.
The 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate Street, London, EC2A 4HD on Tuesday, 7 June, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Materials relating to the AGM will in due course be posted to shareholders requiring physical copies and published on the Group's website.

Kooth is the only digital mental health provider to hold a UK-wide accreditation from the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
In 2021, Kooth was named 'Best Newcomer' at the European Mediscience Awards, winner in the category of 'Tech for Good' at the UK Tech Awards and recognised as the 'HealthTech Pioneer of the Year' at the UK Business Tech Awards for its role in 'Supporting the Nation's Mental Health'.
